This Privacy Policy explains how the Atlet.uz website (atlet.uz) and the "Atlet.uz" mobile application ("we", "the service") collect, use and protect users' personal data. By using the service, you agree to this policy.

2. What data we collect

To provide the service, we collect the following data:

  • Account data: phone number (verified via SMS), first and last name, profile photo (optional);
  • Order data: delivery address, order contents and status;
  • Device data: device token for push notifications (iOS/Android);
  • Conversations with the AI assistant: messages and photos you send (used to provide recommendations);
  • Photos uploaded for image-based product search;
  • Support chat conversations.

3. How we use the data

The collected data is used only for the following purposes:

  • Processing and delivering orders and notifying you about their status;
  • Verifying your phone number via SMS code (authentication);
  • Sending push notifications about orders and offers;
  • Generating product recommendations via the AI assistant;
  • Customer support and improving service quality.

4. Third-party services

Your data is never sold. It may be shared only with the following trusted partners required to operate the service:

  • SMS delivery operator — for phone number verification codes;
  • OpenAI — messages and photos sent to the AI assistant are processed to generate recommendations;
  • Google Firebase (FCM) and Apple (APNs) — for delivering push notifications.

5. Data security

All data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Only authorized personnel can access the data.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the mobile app via Profile → Settings — your personal data will be removed from our servers. You can also request deletion using the contact details below.

7. Children's privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
